Bobby James
Bobby James has worked in clinical trials with Johnson & Johnson for almost 23 years having previously worked in the NHS in a clinical role. Her first role within J&J was to run a Phase I Sleep Research Laboratory, where sleep was used as a screening tool for any drug that potentially crossed the blood brain barrier. Over the years she has project managed trials in Dermatology, Infectious Diseases, Endocrinology and Wound healing before becoming a Global Trial Manager for the organisation. She has been in her current role as Clinical R&D Director for UK Ireland and South Africa for almost 4 years responsible for teams of Clinical Research Managers, Project Managers, CRAs and CTAs working in a variety of therapeutic areas.
