Carol Fennell

Carol is Resource Manager for ICRO (International Clinical Research Operations) at Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Frimley.

She graduated in 1988 with a BSc(Hons) in Pharmacology and began working life at the bench as a research scientist in Beecham Pharmaceuticals, followed by a 3.5 year stint in Regulatory Affairs at Beechams. She has over 17 years experience (both CRO & Pharma) in Clinical Research, beginning with a CRA role in 1990,  progressing to Project Manager and CRA Manager, before joining Novartis as Resource Manager in August 2004.
