Elizabeth Armstrong
Liz Armstrong is the Clinical Process Management Leader for AstraZeneca UK Ltd. responsible for the implementation of clinical procedures, local regulations and also supporting regulatory inspections. Liz has a Ph.D from Edinburgh University and started in the pharmaceutical industry in 1989. She has worked for three pharmaceutical companies in a variety of roles including Project Manager, Monitor, GCP Manager and Regional Trainer. Liz has worked in Phase I to Phase III trials in antivirals, cardiovascular and CNS. . She enjoys spending time with her family and taking up new challenges each year. This year was participating in her first triathlon in Stirling this June.
