2010 Competition Categories

Clinical Research Site:
A site can be represented by up to three staff comprising any combination of: Research nurse/investigator/site coordinator/pharmacist/technician etc.

Successful sites can send up to three representatives to present at the finals.
Sites should be instructed to ensure that they do not divulge the identity of specific sponsors in their response.

Please note - no fees apply to this category and a bursary scheme has been established to support site personnel with costs associated with participation in the competition.

Clinical Trial Administrators (CTA):
For CTAs working with the external and internal clinical teams providing administrative support to the trials process.

Clinical Research Associate (CRA):
For CRA’s with experience with primary responsibility for working with investigators at the investigator site

Project Manager (PM):
For PM’s responsible for project planning and delivering trials to budget and on plan.

Line Manager (LM):
For Line Managers responsible for teams of CRA’s, CTA’s.

Clinical Research Team:
For teams of up to four researchers ideally already working together as a team in a pharmaceutical company or CRO. The constitution of the team can include CRAs/PMs/LM’s.
