PharmaTimes Recruiter of the Year was created in 2007. Its aim is to recognise the outstanding work done by recruitment professionals. It helps candidates and resourcing managers to secure the right people in the right positions.

Entry is by nomination from satisfied candidates and clients whose recruitment needs have been met. This is unique to this competition

NOMINATE


The process is competency-based. It enables recruitment professionals to benchmark their skills against industry peers within the protected environment of an industry competition.

The aims of the competition are threefold:

1 To deliver professional development to ambitious and talented recruitment professionals.
2 To encourage and recognise the skills required to be a first rate recruiter.
3 To disseminate the learnings to a wider recruitment fraternity through PharmaTimes’ communication platforms including PharmaTimes Magazine and online.

The competition is in three stages and caters for recruiters working predominantly in Medical Sales and Clinical Research. The winners will be announced on 5 July (Sales Recruiter) and 31 January 2013 (Clinical Recruiter). (See competition key dates and stages)
