Recruiter of the Year - customer focused customer led

PharmaTimes Recruiter of the Year was created in 2007 to recognise the work done by recruitment professionals helping candidates and resourcing managers to secure the right people in the right positions at the right time.

Recruitment Consultants have two important customers to satisfy, firstly the hiring manager but perhaps more importantly the candidates seeking advice and guidance on the next move for them. Unique to this competition, is the customer centric nature of engagement and recognition – entry is only through the endorsement of customers.

The results are announced to an industry audience of top Sales Professionals on the 13 October for Sales Recruiter of the Year and to an audience of Clinical Professionals on 16th February, 2012 for Clinical Recruiter of the Year.

 2011 competition is now open and we are welcoming nominations for both Clinical and Sales Recruiters!
