Account Manager of the Year |
|
The Account Manager category has been introduced to reflect the new NHS environment. The role of 'Account Manager' will vary from company to company in terms of the job specification, job purpose, level of seniority and the person specification. To help you decide whether this is an appropriate category for you to enter, the steering group will be assessing the following areas in both the stage one Management Challenge and the finals.
- Your interaction with the main customer groups, StHAs, PCTs and PBC Leads (or equivalent in Wales/Scotland/N.Ireland) and how your activities create a positive environment for your medicines in your Local Health Economy
- The degree to which you manage the local P&L and within that, how you direct local resources (financial and possibly sales representatives).
- Your involvement with any Joint Working/collaborative projects with the local health economy that support your business goals aligned with the health care delivery objectives of the local health economy.
