Terms & Conditions
Bookings made with PharmaTimes for competitions, clubs and events are governed by these cancellation conditions:
Cancellations received 60+ days prior to the event will receive 100% refund.
Cancellations received 59-49 days prior to the event will receive 50% refund.
Cancellations received 48-31 days prior to the event will receive 25% refund.
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the event will not be refunded.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse bookings.
Full payment must be received 2 weeks before the occasion being attended.
