Beverley Gall and Tony Woods have joined Ashfield Insight & Performance’s Leadership, Management & Coaching (LM&C) training and consultancy team as Performance Directors. The appointments further expand the breadth of LM&C offerings on offer to support. Beverley has over 20 years’ experience working for a range of top 20 pharma companies in sales, KAM and operational management roles, driving change management and implementing commercial excellence across her teams. Tony has over 25 years’ experience in pharma and has been most recently been driving a change leadership programme for the NHS.
