Cushman & Wakefield is expanding its healthcare offering by appointing the capital’s leading independent specialist to lead its activity in central London.
David Kerr first established his healthcare property consultancy, David Kerr Associates Healthcare Property, in 2005, advising medical operators, landlords and developers on development acquisition and the leasing and letting of healthcare facilities.
David, who joins Cushman & Wakefield’s London Markets team as a Partner, also has a strong track record of finding healthcare solutions for UK and overseas operators seeking to establish a presence in central London.
His arrival complements the firm’s impressive sector presence which encompasses both public and private healthcare. In particular Kerr will be working closely with Cushman & Wakefield’s national Healthcare Advisory team, led by Martin Robb, which has expanded rapidly in the private sector since it was established 18 months ago.
