Leading UK pharmaceutical industry group the European Medicines Group (EMG) has re-elected Richard Erwin, UK general manager of Roche, as its chair at its annual general meeting for a second term of office. He will be supported in this role by Lars Bruening, managing director for Bayer UK/Ireland who was elected vice-chair and Amanda Flanagan, general manager of Grunenthal, who was elected treasurer. EMG represents UK operations of 19 research-driven pharmaceutical companies headquartered in continental Europe.
