Integrated medhealth communication (imc) has made two new appointments to its senior leadership team: Graeme Reay (pictured) joins the company as Managing Director of imc Global and Dr Azhar Rana joins as Managing Director/Vice President of the company’s first international hub, imc North America, located in Toronto.
Graeme joins imc with 30 years of healthcare experience, most recently at Health Interactions where he served as the Director of Client Services for Europe and previously as Regional Director Europe for Nucleus Global. In his new role he will oversee the day to day running of the imc Global office, as well as effectively managing the development and growth of imc’s Global, European, UK Domestic and MEA operations.
Led by Azhar, the Toronto office will be the base for imc’s North America operations, enabling the agency to expand its unique medhealth offering to pharmaceutical companies looking for game changing solutions specific to the North American market. A physician with a comprehensive clinical background, Rana trained in and practiced general medicine in the UK before taking on several senior medical positions within the pharma industry over the last decade, including local and international roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Novo Nordisk and most recently at AstraZeneca.
