PwC appoints five new healthcare industries partners

PwC has welcomed five new partners into its Health Industries practice:

Bronwen Alexander (pictured) is a transaction services partner based in London. She works with a range of private equity and corporate clients providing financial due diligence services on pharma and medtech assets. Bronwen has spent 11 years working in deals, and the last six years focused on the health and pharmaceuticals space.

Simon Bradford is also a transaction services partner who specialises in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. He works with both corporates and private equity on some of the largest and more complex transactions. Simon has spent the last 10 years in this sector, in New York and London. Currently based in Stockholm, he is now focusing his efforts on pharmaceutical and life sciences in the Nordics region.

Steve Crook, a consulting partner based in London, works with government and health industry clients across the UK and Europe to help them improve the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate support functions, such as finance departments.

Stephen Aherne is a deals partner leading a team specialising in healthcare, pharma and life sciences valuation and deals strategy projects. Steve has spent almost 20 years focused on the sector and works with both corporate and private equity firms to provide valuation advice, commercial due diligence, portfolio reviews, as well as corporate and R&D strategy. Stephen spent a number of years in research before joining the firm.

Roberta Carter has 25 years experience in the public and private health and life sciences sectors, with a focus on implementing deals and large scale strategic change. She is a Consulting and Deals partner, leading on integration and carve outs to help clients ensure they deliver value from their transactions.
