The PharmaTimes International Clinical Researcher of the Year 2019 has been designed to recognise and reward the talent of entrants from all parts of the globe in this ultimate test.

The PharmaTimes International Clinical Researcher of the Year 2019 has been designed to recognise and reward the talent of entrants from all parts of the globe in this ultimate test.

This competition offers those working in the field of clinical research a great opportunity to put their skills to the test against their fellow peers via a ‘real world’ process. Entrants will see their efforts evaluated by a judging panel of high-level industry leaders on hand to offer their knowledgeable and invaluable feedback.

PharmaTimes Business Manager and competition lead Luci Sargood says, “This competition continues to grow from strength to strength and this 20th anniversary year will be sure to follow suit. It offers a fantastic opportunity for entrants to hone and develop their skills – this should not be missed out on!”

The first stage of the competition is an online multiple-choice questionnaire which sees questions based on ICH/GCP, entrants who receive a pass mark of 80% or more will move forward to stage 2. Successful candidates will complete a category specific ‘Clinical Challenge’ devised by the Executive Steering Group – the top performers of those will proceed onto the final stage. The single entry finals will take place on Thursday 21st March 2019 and Thursday 28th March for the team entries. For more information on the entry process, click here.

The International Clinical Researcher of the Year Award has many categories to suit the strengths of applicants, as well as appealing to all levels of experience. These include the Clinical Trial Administrator, Project Manager, Clinical Research Team, and Clinical Research Associate. For the full list of categories, click here.

The winners of this prestigious competition will be announced at a gala dinner and awards ceremony, which will be taking place in London on Thursday 16th May 2019. All finalists will be recognised and will have the opportunity to network with some leading voices in clinical research at this event.
