Carol Parish, Consultant and Chair of the Executive Steering Group (ESG) gave an outline of her experience with the competition and what’s in store for entrants, explaining that “International Clinical Researcher of the Year is a great way for key talent in the international region to be judged against their peers and receive recognition for their skills”.

She added: “This competition also provides learning and development feedback to those who reach the finals day to further their career development”.

Carol and the rest of the ESG review the finals day challenges each year to ensure that they are up to date with latest trends within the industry, whilst offering an enjoyable but testing experience.
