Flying the flag for clinical research for over 20 years, this competition continues to grow and develop year after year.
Carol Parish, Consultant and Chair of the Executive Steering Group (ESG) gave an outline of her experience with the competition and what's in store for entrants, explaining that “International Clinical Researcher of the Year is a great way for key talent in the international region to be judged against their peers and receive recognition for their skills”.
She added: “This competition also provides learning and development feedback to those who reach the finals day to further their career development”.
Carol and the rest of the ESG review the finals day challenges each year to ensure that they are up to date with latest trends within the industry, whilst offering an enjoyable but testing experience.
She stated, “The finals days are designed to challenge the entrants and provide them with real life scenarios. Both the individual and team finals days boast a full day of challenges which are great fun”.
Entries have already been flooding in and are currently higher than they were at this time last year. Considering the 2019 competition was record-breaking, the volume of entries marks a fantastic start.
