Now celebrating its’ 10th anniversary, this competition has developed a strong reputation for uncovering the most talented clinical researchers currently working in the US; offering a chance to receive the recognition they deserve.

Last year’s competition received immense praise from finalists, Brendan Putz from PRA and part of the winning Company Team of the Year category said,

I would definitely recommend anyone to participate who is interested in having a fun and rewarding experience, and who is invested in experiencing and advancing their company culture”.

Candidates can get involved with the competition by completing the first stage which is the multiple choice questionnaire, a score of 70% is needed to advance to Stage 2 – re-takes are allowed. The second stage invites candidates to submit a written clinical challenge which will test category specific competencies. The top performers from Stage 2 will then be invited to take part in the third and final stage, the live head-to-head finals day. The 2020 finals day will be taking place in Raleigh, North Carolina on 26th June.

Julianne Robbins of Covance and Gold winner in the 2019 Experienced CRA category expanded upon this by saying that,

“The finals day provided an opportunity to test your skills and knowledge beyond your day-to-day role, which was my favourite part. I would highly encourage anyone to look into this opportunity!”
