Entry Process

STAGE 1 - Entry

Candidates MUST be fully endorsed by their company before entering the awards

Entrants must supply details of 5 healthcare professionals who would be able to provide feedback

STAGE 2 – Initial evaluation

The judges will then contact the HCP's for feedback whilst PharmaTimes will invite each entrant to compete at the live finals day in October which will be held virtually.

STAGE 3 – Finals Day

All finalists will undertake a written assessment on the finals day to test their general and specialist knowledge.

All finalists will undertake a live challenge during the finals day which will assess their planning and strategic abilities, alongside their communication and presentation skills.


An entrants total score will be a combination of their initial evaluation (20%), test results (20%) and response to the day's challenge (60%).

Winners will be announced at the live stream awards ceremony alongside the Marketer and Communications Awards, this will be held on 8th December.

Telephone feedback from judges will be available after the day - on a pre-arranged basis
