Hanover has appointed Anna Korving to be chair of the group’s health practice in a role that will see her work closely with its managing director of health Andrew Harrison.

Korving co-founded and built Resolute Communications, before selling it to Publicis in 2010 and continuing to run the business within the global communications group, as part of which the team last year won the International Challenge section of PharmaTimes’ Communications Team of the Year competition.

Korving was most recently Publicis’s executive vice president of global business development and in her new role will work across the Hanover Health business including in London, Brussels and Dublin.

She said: “Hanover Health occupies a very distinct place in the market, bringing together expertise in communications, market access, and policy. This combination of skills means they can solve really complex client needs. I’m excited to be joining the team at a time of investment and growth – we’re going to make some magic together.”
