Firstlight has bolstered its healthcare offering with two new hires aimed at ensuring continued growth. Grant Fisher has joined as Associate Director and Kristen Barrett has joined as Account Director.

Grant has worked extensively across healthcare communications, issues management and patient advocacy and joins from Ruder Finn where he was developing and delivering global communications programmes. He brings experience in developing communications strategies and leading programmes at a corporate and brand level for a variety of healthcare organisations, including the NHS, pharmaceutical and medical technology companies.

Kristen joins after a stint working as a freelance consultant. Prior to this, at both Aurora Healthcare Communications and Atlantis Healthcare, she delivered a range of healthcare communication projects, with a focus on patient advocacy and media relations.
