Hikma has announced that Henriette Nielsen will take on the newly created role of chief transformation officer at the firm.
In this role, Henriette will be responsible for leading a number of initiatives across Hikma’s global operations to improve operational efficiency and ensure that the firm achieves its strategic objectives.
She will join Hikma’s Executive Committee and will report directly to Siggi Olafsson, the group’s chief executive.
Henriette joins from Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, where she was most recently senior vice president, chief transformation officer, Global Marketing & Portfolio.
