Medica Group has announced that Jo Easton has been appointed to the Group’s board of directors as a non-executive director. On joining the Board, Jo will be appointed to the audit, nomination and remuneration committees.
Jo brings a wealth of experience in change management and employee relations to Medica and has worked with a number of large companies to deliver strategic and operational changes. At present, she is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and the group director of Human Resources at De La Rue plc in which she works with the board of directors to balance the interests of shareholders, customers and employees. She has also developed and implemented a group-wide HR strategy with a key focus on culture change to forge a more dynamic and results-driven culture.
