Lucid Group has appointed Shula Sarner (Executive Scientific Director) and Tanya Goodyear (Division Director, Immunology).
Shula began working in medical communications in the USA following a successful research career in academia and the biotech industry in the UK, Germany and the USA. She was involved in strategic medical communications and programmes across a variety of therapeutic areas in the USA, as well as numerous successful global launches. Before returning to the UK in 2015, Shula was the director of scientific services at a large independent medical communications agency, leading scientific strategy and business development across teams, and building the new scientific team.
Tanya joins Lucid with 16 years of experience in healthcare communications and medical education. Over her career she has led the strategic development and management of international and domestic-based medical communications programmes. Most recently, Tanya was the director of commercial strategy at inVentiv Medical Communications, and over her 9 years there held various other roles both in the UK and USA.
