Denise (pictured) joined Universal WorldEvents sister company, Ashfield Healthcare 13 years ago. During her career with the Ashfield Group she has held various positions within the division, including head of training and development and head of recruitment.
In her new role Denise will have complete accountability for the UK performance including operations, business development, sales and marketing, creative and production, venue finding and travel.
In addition to Denise’s appointment, Nicola Burns has also been appointed to the board as operational effectiveness director.
Nicola has over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, and started working with Universal WorldEvents’ sister company In2Focus Ltd in 2002.
Nicola’s remit will be to develop and oversee the company’s delivery of operational excellence on a UK and global basis.
