This competition aims to honour those with exceptional talent within the medical and scientific industry, by offering a platform for candidates to share best practice and prove they’ve got the skills to be successful.

There are a broad range of categories available for all types of medical professional and of all experience levels. Due to the success of last year’s competition, the executive steering group have been able to split the Medical/Scientific Advisor of the Year category into ‘New’ and ‘Experienced’. This allows both the new categories to be better tailored to potential candidates who wish to enter. This sort of improvement highlights the work that goes in to ensuring that MSEA delivers a greater and more accurate experience for entrants.

As well as the chance to see how entrant’s skills stack up against each other’s, and to be recognised for exceptional talent within the medical affairs industry, the finals day offers a unique training and development opportunity. All finalists will receive quantitative and qualitative feedback from industry expert judges, which can help to reflect and improve upon existing skills.
