Now celebrating its 10th anniversary, The Clinical Researcher of the Year – The Americas has opened its doors for entry.
Over the past decade, this prestigious competition has gained a strong reputation for uncovering the next set of talented clinical researchers currently working in the U.S. This has been achieved by offering a unique platform where entrants can share best practice, but while also supplying the means necessary to develop candidates skillset via performance-based feedback from high-level industry leaders.
The categories for the 2020 competition have been re-worked and adapted to better reflect latest trends within the industry. They have been designed to offer a competitive and thought-provoking test for newcomers to the competition, but to also offer a fresh challenge for returning candidates.
The challenges available for individual entry are Clinical Research Co-ordinator, New & Experienced Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Trial Manager and Project Manager. There are also challenges for a group of professionals to try in the Company Team, Strategic Team, and Site Team categories.
This competition is comprised of a three-stage process; the 1st being a multiple choice questionnaire of which a score of 70% is needed to advance. Stage 2 involves entrants completing a written assessment which will explore category specific competencies. The 3rd and final stage invites the highest scoring candidates from stage 2 to compete in the live head to head finals day where finalists tactical, creative, and innovative skills will be tested.
The competition will culminate at a grand and celebratory awards ceremony where the winners will be honoured for their fantastic achievements in front of senior industry figures, as well as the wider U.S clinical research community.
