PharmaTimes are delighted to announce the formation of a dedicated executive steering group (ESG) for 2019. Due to the continued success and expansion of the communications competition, we are delighted to have been able to bring together such an exceptional team to help drive the competition forward.

Chair of the new ESG Mike Dixon, (CEO of the Healthcare Communication Agency) is joined by Angie Wiles (Founder of The Difference Collective), and Victoria Stanley (Associate Director of Publicis Resolute), in leading the panel of industry experts for this year’s competition. Their in-depth knowledge of the industry will prove to be vital in making this year’s competition accurately reflect the latest changes within the communications sector.

Here’s what Angie had to say about partnering with PharmaTimes,

“I’m thrilled to be asked to be a part of the PharmaTimes Communications Team of the Year judging team in a year when communications is becoming an ever more critical and impactful element of the marketing mix, with so much to consider and so much to optimise.

As someone who’s participated in the competition, I know first-hand what a challenge and equally enriching learning experience it is for all involved, but one that compels teams to produce and present their absolute best work. I can’t wait to see how the cream of the communications crop respond to the competition challenge.

I’m particularly excited to see the Awards are open not only to in-house and agency communications teams and individuals, but also to independent consultants who in my experience have limited opportunities to showcase their talents, so I would like to actively encourage communications experts across the board to take on the challenge and showcase our ever-growing talents.”

2019 is shaping up to be the biggest communications competition yet – and PharmaTimes are excited to find out who will be challenging for the title – who will emerge triumphant. Entry is now open for those looking to show off their skills and compete among the best in the industry.

Spaces for the team categories usually fill up fast and some may close for entry earlier due to this, so make sure to enter sooner rather than later to avoid missing out.
