Entry for the PharmaTimes International Clinical Researcher of the Year competition will close for entry on the 31st January. Entries are already surpassing this time last year so enter now and join them.

Everyone who participates in this competition gains something, whether it’s the ultimate accolade of being the ‘Clinical Researcher of the Year’, or the knowledge, growth and invaluable learnings that come from the judges expert feedback.

Saoirse Daly, member of ‘Lung Team’ from Guy’s & St Thomas NHS Trust and winners of the Clinical Site of the Year 2018 said, “I am very proud to be part of OHCT and really appreciate how great a team it is. This was shown not just by placing first but third as well. It was the first time I entered the competition and wasn’t sure what to expect. It was challenging but interesting and rewarding so I would definitely recommend entering the competition to anyone in research. I am very proud to win this award, it is a fantastic accomplishment.”

The first stage of the competition is an online multiple-choice questionnaire which sees questions based on ICH/GCP, entrants who receive a pass mark of 80% or more will move forward to stage 2. Successful candidates will complete a category specific ‘Clinical Challenge’ devised by the Executive Steering Group – the top performers of those will proceed onto the final stage. The single entry finals will take place on Thursday 21st March 2019 and Thursday 28th March for the team entries. Click here for more information on the entry process.

As well as personal entry points, there is also a chance to nominate somebody to enter, so show a colleague or manager that you think they have what it takes to be the Clinical Researcher of the Year by nominating them for a category. This nomination could be the helping hand they need to take the next step for their personal growth, development & knowledge. Click here for the nomination form.
