New research shows that 72% of EU doctors surveyed believe new drugs and treatments will significantly improve the outlook for their patients in the next three years, according to findings by M3 Europe.

The research by the global provider of technology services in healthcare also found that the majority of European doctors also want to keep up-to-date with developments on new drugs.

These are just two findings from the survey of EU doctors conducted by M3 Europe. More results will be announced during a free webinar, in conjunction with PharmaTimes, on Wednesday 8 October (1pm UK, 2pm Europe).

The hour-long webinar will also discuss doctors’ digital behaviour, their optimism for the future, their attitude to pharma and what influences their treatment of patients, and how this will affect the future of healthcare and pharma’s place in it. This webinar will ultimately give insights on how pharma can capitalise on engaging with doctors.

This event will feature presentations from Dr Tim Ringrose, CEO, M3 Europe, and Jenny Cowderoy, MD of Communications, M3 Europe, as well as Beverly Smet, Vice-President International Business Development for Across Health, with guest speakers Dr Mark Freeman, a Consultant in Diabetes and Endocrinology at Mid Yorkshire Hospitals and Lead Clinician for Diabetes at Kirklees Primary Care Trust in West Yorkshire, and Dr Deepak Jadon, Senior Specialist Registrar Rheumatology, currently completing a PhD in spondyloarthropathies. The webinar will be moderated by Katrina Megget, Editor of PharmaTimes Magazine.
