This year marked another strong year of contestants all eager to show their talents and prove their worth to the clinical research industry. To make it to the finals entrants had to firstly pass a multiple-choice questionnaire, which was then followed by submitting a category specific essay; devised to test the knowledge and creative ideas of the candidates.
This year’s top clinical researchers will now compete across eight categories Clinical Research Co-ordinator, New CRA, Experienced CRA, Clinical Trial Manager, Project Manager, Company Team, Strategic Team, and Site Team. The finals day will take place in Boston on 4Th May, and coincide with the MAGI conference.
The finals day promises to be a rigorous challenge for the finalists, but also a day of sharing best practice among the most talented clinical researchers across the Americas. The candidates will compete head-to-head in their challenge that will assess their planning and strategic abilities, alongside their communications and presenting skills. All of the finalists will be invited to the gala dinner and awards evening where the winners of each category will be announced.
The awards ceremony will bring together all of the talented individuals and teams for a night of recognition and celebration. The event will take place in the evening of the finals day and at the same venue. The evening will be photographed with live social media updates, so the success of all the finalists can be broadcast through global PR channels.
