Havas Health has launched a new global ad agency which, it claims, will provide a "unique, full-service agency offering, rich in digital experience and innovation".

The new company - Havas Lynx - has been formed by bringing together Euro RSCG Life 4D and UK group Creative Lynx, and marks the birth of the third agency group under the Havas Health umbrella.

Havas Lynx - which will run its operations from New York, London and Manchester - was set up to help clients connect to their targets and drive new relationships and better outcomes in the next era in health.

And the fit between its content agencies Creative Lynx and Euro RSCG Life 4D seems to be a good one.

Both agencies share a culture based in the digital arena; Creative Lynx a pioneer within health and wellness marketing across social media, mobile and closed-loop marketing, and Life 4D considered a thought leader in digital health, according to Havas.

"Together, both agencies will continue to build on a more than 25-year track record of realising unified campaigns that engage audiences and deliver results, providing a full-service offering with digital at its core," the firm said.

Strategy and insight

“Havas Lynx will combine industry-leading strategy and insight with award-winning creativity and innovation, to deliver best-in-class global campaigns," noted Nicholas, client services director of Havas Lynx Europe.

“The partnership, and broader network, provides a true global footprint that allows us to combine global thinking with local insight,” he added.

Larry Mickelberg, chief digital officer and partner of Havas Health, will also serve as president of Havas Lynx in the US, while across the pond in Europe, the new group will be led by its four directors, Neil Martin, David Hunt, Dave Whittingham and Steve Nicholas.
