US-based clinical research organisation (CRO) INC Research has raised its game in corporate training by becoming the first global CRO to achieve accreditation as an authorised provider of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) recognised by the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET).
A non-profit association with headquarters in Virginia, US, IACET is the premier standards-setting organisation for continuing education and training, INC Research said. The CRO is one of only 650 IACET Authorized Providers around the world dedicated to quality in continuing education and training.
Authorized Provider status “validates our INC College offerings, which not only provide CEUs for our staff to maintain their industry certifications, but also enhance the expertise of our global teams to provide the highest-quality service to our customers”, commented Rick Mark, INC Research’s senior vice president of human resources.
The IACET accreditation period extends for five years and covers all training programmes offered or created during that time.
INC Research provides much of its training through INC College, a proprietary system of online and offline courses and workshops that are accessible worldwide.
Many of these training programmes carry CEUs, all of which are now accredited by IACET.
