MonitorForHire.com, a US-based online service for locating and contracting independent clinical research monitors, has launched a free mobile application to help monitors stay abreast of ongoing projects and opportunities.

Available via Apple’s App Store and Android’s Google Play Store, the mobile app is designed for use by clinical research monitors registered with MonitorForHire.com.

It enables monitors to keep track of current projects, view and receive open project invitations, log times, signal their availability, and keep in touch with any opportunities flagged up by the web-based service. They can access opportunities directly from their mobile device using the project invitation feature.

This function that also benefits contract research organisations, as well as pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies and academic institutions, by bringing staffing opportunities to monitors on the move, MonitorForHire.com noted.

Ahead of the curve

“Pushing the boundaries of technology has enabled us to further our goal of advancing clinical workforce solutions,” commented founder and president Scott Freedman.
