US-based biopharmaceutical services provider PAREXEL International has rebranded its technology subsidiary, Perceptive Informatics, to PAREXEL Informatics as part of an ongoing effort to create a more integrated package of services.

The Perceptive brand will be retained for specific PAREXEL Informatics offerings, including the Perceptive MyTrials eClinical platform, the Perceptive Partner Program and the Perceptive Institute.

The alignment with other PAREXEL offerings spanning clinical research and consulting reflects growing demand from industry for a seamless, integrated portfolio of technology and services, the company noted.

“As biopharmaceutical companies increasingly seek a combination of solutions from a single service provider, we are more closely integrating our clinical-research and technology offerings to meet this need,” commented Mark Goldberg, PAREXEL’s president and chief operating officer.

The new PAREXEL Informatics branding “communicates our commitment to providing technology-driven solutions that complement our other clinical-trial services, without changing our overall go-to-market strategy”, Goldberg added.

Corporate branding

The rebranding is also part of PAREXEL’s recently announced global corporate-branding campaign, highlighting its capacity to simplify drug development for clients.

The broader initiative includes the launch of PAREXEL’s new brand promise, “Your Journey. Our Mission”, as well as a redesigned corporate website.
