The first edition of the PharmaTimes Medical & Scientific Excellence Awards took place on the 6th December at the Sofitel Hotel, Gatwick. The picture gallery pays homage to the excitement and celebration that occurred as we honoured the very best of the medical and scientific industry.
The pictures show the likes of industry leading names such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Eisai, Novo Nordisk and Roche – who were all successful in winning a pharma. It was a particularly successful night for Boehringer Ingelheim who managed to have candidates win three categories – well done to them for making their mark on this competition.

Pharmatimes Business Manager and competition lead Luci Sargood said, “The first ever Medical & Scientific Excellence Awards were a great success, we had a huge amount of talent competing on our finals day at Novo Nordisk – proving that these awards have been long awaited. We can’t wait for next year to see what new level of talent it shall bring – as well as some returning faces competing again!”
