Quanticate, the Anglo-US contract research organisation focused mainly on data management, analysis and reporting from clinical trials and post-marketing surveillance, has rebranded its staff recruitment solutions division from OPS Search & Selection to Quanticate People.

Accompanying the rebranding initiative is a new Quanticate People website at www.quanticatepeople.com.

Quanticate said the change of identity was part of a broader strategy to extend the company’s global reach, as well as a response to other developments such as the relocation of the division’s UK headquarters to North London and the appointment of Richard Ellis as general manager, Quanticate People.

“Having successfully introduced some new methodologies and processes to the business, we are now looking to further enhance our reputation for outstanding customer care by expanding our team in both the UK and the US,” Ellis said.

Quanticate will continue to serve its existing client base in core areas of activity such as data management, statistical programming and analysis, clinical project management and medical writing.

It will also support both current and new clients in expanded areas such as medical affairs, marketing, quality assurance, pharmacovigilance, communications, and market access/health economics, the company noted.

The organisation started out in December 2007 as a combination of two existing CROs, Statwood and Oxford Pharmaceutical Sciences. Quanticate has headquarters in London, UK and Cambridge, US.
