Unique in the industry, the PharmaTimes Communications Team of the Year competition gives communications professionals the opportunity to demonstrate their skills in a live environment, developing a strategic and tactical pitch in response to a fictional, but realistic challenge.

The live finals day is an enjoyable yet stimulating opportunity for candidates to improve upon their communication, presentation and innovative skills via a challenge that is unique to each of the categories. The teams & individuals are judged by a panel of industry experts who will mark each entry on their pitch, they will then supply a feedback report of qualitative and quantitative data for all finalists.

Participating in this kind of format allows candidates to benchmark themselves against other agencies while simultaneously putting their own agency in the spotlight. Agencies, as well as individuals, can display their specialist knowledge across important sectors of the industry including NHS, International, and Charity areas.

The winners are announced at our gala dinner and awards ceremony which will take place in November and coincide with the awards for the Marketer of the Year and Sales Awards. This allows finalists and guests to network with the best across all healthcare communications, marketing, and sales sectors.

Winners will be awarded a coveted pharma trophy which will show that they have excellent skills and knowledge of the industry; a truly significant and grand achievement. All finalists can be confident that they have taken away valuable knowledge and undergone a worthwhile experience from this competition.

There are entry options available for individuals and teams from in-house pharma, agencies, and freelance; visit www.pharmatimes.com/ctoy for more information on how the competition works and to fill out an entry form. Alternatively, show your team, colleagues, or manager that you believe they are the best in the industry by nominating them for a category.

And remember – last year we were fully booked in many of the challenges weeks before the deadline so don’t put it off any further, register your entry now.
